Life has been a whirlwind lately but I’m grateful for the major changes happening within and around me. Today I’m sharing how to find peace in challenging times through 3 types of detachment. I realized that as I grow, I’m able to handle stressful situations with more calm and presence. A mental skill that has helped me so much is learning to detach and not get caught up in my anxiety & emotions. I hope learning this can help you protect your mental health & face your challenges with more grace.
